Welcome! My name is Jamie Pogue, and I am an artist specializing in children's book illustration of all sorts.  I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design.  While attending Ringling, I earned a place in the annual Best of Ringling exhibition in 2007.  In addition, the piece "Sleepy Sam's Stressful Sunup" was selected for the 2008 Society of Illustrator's Student Scholarship Competition.  I was also fortunate enough to supply artwork for a recent Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators retreat in southeastern Pennsylvania.  At this conference, I was also given the award for Editor's Choice in illustration.
